Role Overview: We're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with experience in AI/ML, particularly
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI, and semantic matching. You'll directly build
analytics and recommendation tools that drive smarter, sustainable agricultural decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and semantic matching
systems.
● Implement and maintain agentic AI interactions with custom data tools.
● Design efficient embedding models and vector similarity search capabilities.
● Ensure robust error handling, debugging, and system reliability.
● Support scalable deployment and infrastructure planning.
Technical Competencies:
● Python expertise with AI/ML frameworks, including LangChain.
● Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB).
● Proficiency in semantic text processing and document chunking.
● Skilled in evaluating, debugging, and monitoring AI models.
● Knowledge of testing frameworks for AI applications.
Bonus Skills:
● MERN stack or general full-stack web development experience.
● RESTful API design and JavaScript/TypeScript proficiency.
